Megalops atlanticus

Tarpon are attracted to overhangs and sometime congregate beneath docks. Anglers prize Tarpon for the fierce fight they put up. Tarpon are unusual in that they breathe air into their swim bladders, which extract oxygen from it, much like a lung.
